The summer 2023 edition of the League of Women Voters of Nebraska’s quarterly newsletter – the Nebraska Voter – is now available
The summer 2023 issue includes:
- Articles by members who attended the League’s National Council;
- A recap of the state board’s July 15 meeting, with appointments of two directors and committee members for 2023-2025;
- A member spotlight on Claudia Stevenson, co-director of natural resources and energy;
- The LWVNE’s decision to join the Support Our Schools Nebraska coalition to place LB753 on the 2024 ballot;
- Reports by officers, directors and local League presidents from Greater Omaha and Lincoln-Lancaster County.
