Mike Flood (R) and Patty Pansing Brooks (D) are vying to fill the vacancy to represent Nebraska’s Congressional District 1 in a special election on June 28, 2022. Early voting by mail and in-person at county election offices is now underway.
Candidates have been invited to participate in the League’s VOTE411.org to provide voters with information.
Congressional District 1 includes all of Butler, Cass, Colfax, Cuming, Dodge, Lancaster, Madison, Platte, Seward and Stanton counties as well as parts of Polk and Sarpy counties (including the city of Bellevue).
