Nebraska Supreme Court Rules on 2020 Ballot Initiatives
The Nebraska Supreme Court has ruled against the inclusion of the medical marijuana initiative on the November 3 ballot, while affirming the inclusion of three gambling initiatives and the payday lending initiative on the ballot.
