Mike Jacobson Appointed to Serve as LD42 Senator
Mike Jacobson of North Platte was appointed by Governor Pete Ricketts to the legislative seat left vacant by the resignation of former Senator Mike Groene. He will complete Groene’s term, which ends in January 2023. Jacobson, who was sworn in on February 23, stated that he will run for election to a full term in 2022. Read more on the Unicameral Update.
