NE Legislature Passes LR14, Convention of the States

The LWVNE was disappointed that LR14 – resolution to Congress for a convention of the states to propose amendments to the United States Constitution – was passed by the Nebraska Legislature in the final vote. Fortunately there is a sunset clause. The application will be rescinded on Feb. 1, 2027.
