The Nebraska Legislature’s Revenue Committee voted out a bill — 6-1 (with one present not voting) — for property tax relief on Aug. 12.
Instead of the anticipated LB9, the bill that moved forward was LB34 – AM73, which will be a vehicle for the new package to be added in as an amendment.
