Governor Ricketts to Accept Emergency SNAP Aid
Thanks #Nebraska, your calls and petition signatures convinced @GovernorPeteRicketts to accept SNAP emergency benefits for Nebraskans in need due to #COVID19. In October, Nebraska Appleseed submitted a petition on behalf of 1,242 Nebraskans representing 106 communities urging the governor to accept the SNAP allotments that have been refused since August.
