The League of Women Voters Depends on You to Support Our Efforts

The League of Women Voters has two sources of funds – membership fees and donations. To support our voter education and advocacy efforts, we encourage you to join and donate. Below you will find several state and local funds to which you can make a donation to support our mission – Empowering Voters, Defending Democracy.

Unrestricted donations
to LWVNE

These funds support leadership development, scholarships for diverse membership, website and operating expenses. LWVNE is a 501(c)(3) corporation, donations are tax deductible.

Donations restricted for LWVNE Voter Education

These funds support nonpartisan voter guides and brochures, programs with issue oriented speakers, candidate forums, and grants for local leagues for projects that provide nonpartisan educational information. LWVNE is a 501(c)(3) corporation, donations are tax deductible.

Support the LWVNE Endowment Fund

This fund supports the long range financial health of the state League. LWVNE is a 501(c)(3) corporation, donations are tax deductible

Support the LWV Greater Omaha League

This fund supports operations of the Greater Omaha League. LWVGO is a 501(c)(3) corporation, donations are tax deductible

Support the LWV Hastings League

This fund supports the work of the Hastings League. It is not a tax exempt organization.

Support the LWV Seward League

This fund supports the work of the Seward League. It is not a tax exempt organization.

Support the LWV Lincoln-Lancaster County League

This fund supports the work of the Lincoln-Lancaster County League.
